EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions which you may access here.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to a direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party.
These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Site, social media platforms, WhatsApp or any other online mode of communication through Our customer relations executives or at Our stores.
All purchases from our stores shall also be subject to the terms and conditions specified on Your purchase receipt/invoice and to the extent that the said terms are inconsistent with the terms mentioned herein, the terms mentioned in Your purchase receipt/invoice shall prevail.
EXCHANGE
Before Exchange:

After delivery and acceptance, customers have 2-3 working days to inform us via email or our support team for an exchange.

- After Exchange confirmation, customers will have to courier the product back to our warehouse at the provided address.
After Exchange:
- The exchange process begins upon receipt and approval of the return order in our Warehouse by Quality Control.
- You can choose to exchange the product or select another replacement.
- Exchange is processed within 2-3 Working Days after receipt and approval of the product in our warehouse by Quality Control.
- The exchange product selected will be couriered with the return of the original product. The settlement of payment will be communicated to the customer and if there is a difference in balance if any, the same will be posted as points to your House of D’oro account.
RETURN
Before Return:

After return confirmation, customers will have to courier the product back to our warehouse at the provided address.
- The customer will have to ship the product to the address from the warehouse they received the order.
After Return:
- The return process begins upon receipt and approval of the return order in our Warehouse by Quality Control.
- With the Return of products, Refunds are not provided; instead, the order amount is credited to your House of D'oro User account as points that can be redeemed for future purchases.
CRITERIAS:
- The product can only be exchanged for another product of the same value or against a credit note or store credit.
- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you can return it to our warehouse address shared with the initial purchase and place an order for a new item/product separately against your credit note or store credit.
- The product for Return has to be UNUSED with all tags intact & attached. Your purchased items will be considered for credit only if they are unused and with all tags still attached.
- Returns that are damaged or spoiled may not be accepted by our quality control warehouse team and may be returned to the customer.
- Please inform our customer care department if any Goods/Products are delivered without tags or with any damage. The shipping charges for any such return are to be borne by the customer itself.
Exchange & Return For Products Purchased in Sale:

Orders placed in THE GOLDEN RUSH SALE are only applicable for Exchange and not Returns.

Orders placed in THE GOLDEN RUSH HOUR are not applicable for either Exchange or Return.

All Orders purchased with FLAT offers are not applicable for Exchange or Return
- All orders purchased in Special Price Listing/Page are not applicable for Exchange or Return.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We at House of D’oro have made every effort to display our product pictures as accurately as possible, as the colours of our products that appear on the Website.
However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
