Exchange Policy

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions which You may access here. You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party.

These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Site, social media platforms, WhatsApp or any other online mode of communication through Our customer relations executives or at Our stores. All purchases from our stores shall also be subject to the terms and conditions specified on Your purchase receipt / invoice and to the extent that the said terms are inconsistent with the terms mentioned herein, the terms mentioned in Your purchase receipt / invoice shall prevail.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

  • Once the order is delivered to the shipping address and the same is accepted, customers have 2-3 working days to inform us about exchange requirements through email or to our support team.
  • Once Exchange or Return is confirmed, the customer is to courier the product back to our warehouse at the address mentioned below.
  • The Exchange or Return process is initiated once the return order with the product is received in our Warehouse & Approved by Quality control.
  • Post this you get an option to exchange the product or you can choose another product in replacement within your order.
  • Exchange is processed within 2-3 Working Days, post receiving the product in our warehouse & approval by Quality control.
  • We do not Refund the purchase on return of products. The amount of the order will be credited to your House of D’oro User account that can be used for future orders.

EXCHANGE CRITERIA:

  • The product can only be exchanged for another product of the same value or against a credit note or store credit.
  • If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you can return it to our warehouse address shared with the initial purchase and place an order for a new item/product separately against your credit note or store credit.
  • The product for Return has to be UNUSED with all tags intact & attached. Your purchased items will be considered for credit only if they are unused and with all tags still attached.
  • Returns that are damaged or spoiled may not be accepted by our quality control warehouse team and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Please inform our customer care department if any Goods/Products are delivered without tags or with any damage. The shipping charges for any such return are to be borne by the customer itself.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We at House of D’oro have made every effort to display our product pictures as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Website.

However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
