Easy exchange within 2-3 Working Days post receiving the product in our warehouse & approved by Quality control. 


We would be extremely SORRY for the Damage/Defect of the product received by you. The same can be caused due to various reasons, for which we at D’ORO will make sure of immediate exchange/replacement of the product. 

We at D’oro do not accept Returns of Product/Products or refunds of the purchase once the order is processed or shipped from our warehouse, taking into account the nature of the product. 

We certainly understand there can be a few unexpected situations, hence we provide a credit note or store credit post the analysis of the situation against the same. 


  • The product can only be exchanged for another product of the same value or against a credit note or store credit. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you can return it to our warehouse address shared with the initial purchase and place an order for a new item/product separately against your credit note or store credit.
  • The product for Return has to be UNUSED with all tags intact & attached. Your purchased items will be considered for credit only if they are unused and with all tags still attached. 
  • Returns that are damaged or spoiled may not be accepted by our quality control warehouse team and may be sent back to the customer. 
  • Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/Products delivered without tags or with any damage. The shipping charges for any such return are to be borne by the customer itself. 

Note: We at D’ORO have made every effort to display our product pictures as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
