Cancellations and Returns:

Please keep the following pointers in mind:
1. D’oro attempts to process every order and ship within 48hrs.
2. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering.
3. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 2 -3 days to get shipped.
4. D’oro has partnered with different courier service for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
1. In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our Customer Care phone number 9820623384 with your order no. within 24 hrs of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favourable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
2. While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

1. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
2. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.
3. The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for return:
1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by D’oro or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
1. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 – 14 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
2. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
3. For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of D’oro, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
